Shipping:
We have a single rate structure for shipping to any US site. We charge $6.40 per shipment
to any US destination for the first item in an order and $1.00 for each additional item in the order.
FastImpressions.com ships most items within 2 business days by U S mail with a signature
required. A street address and P O Box address, if appropriate, are required.
For shipments outside the US, please contact us at orders@FastImpressions.com. We will determine the best way to ship to you. Shipping costs may be higher.
Payment:
Payment of products and shipping is required before shipping. We accept payments via credit and debit cards.
Returns & Damaged Stock:
If items are damaged when you receive them,
please let us know immediately. Send us an email at orders@FastImpressions.com. We will work with you to the best of our ability to correct the issue. We may offer a replacement or refund your payment.
Pictures & Colors:
All pictures and colors displayed on the website are for guidance only. The colors displayed on the website will likely vary compared to the actual product sent due to the uniqueness of each product. The colors may also vary due to differences in brightness and contrast on your monitor and many other reasons. However, we want very much for you to be delighted with your Fast Impressions items, and we try hard to accurately represent our products. Each item has a description to help you get a feel for the design and actual size of each item. If size is critical, try drawing the item on a piece of paper from the information given about the product. If the size is still unclear, contact us.
Out of Stock Items:
All items are in stock when listed for sale. Many items are one of a kind. Others are often available only in small quantities. When an item is purchased it is automatically taken from inventory by the website software. It is possible that an item will be purchased between the time you start looking at it and the time you click to purchase it.

By Phone: 509-325-8829. This phone number is attended 9:00 am to 4:00 pm PST, Monday through Friday. It does not record messages. If you call outside of business hours or we are busy and don't answer the phone, trying sending an email. You will typically get a response within one to two business hours. If you want us to call, please include a phone number.
